We believe that a strong public health system is one that is accountable to the communities it serves. Our social accountability initiatives empower citizens to demand and receive better quality services. We work to bridge the gap between community needs and government services, ensuring that health programs are not only available but also effective, equitable, and responsive to the people they are designed to help.

Citizen Voice & Action (CV&A)

To make this a reality, we use a people-centered advocacy tool called 'Citizen Voice & Action' (CV&A). This method empowers communities to engage with local service providers and advocate for improved services. What began in a few ICDS centers in Ganjam district has now expanded to Khordha, Rayagada, and is set to launch soon in Koraput.
