We are committed to fostering financial independence and community leadership. In the Khordha district, we've focused on promoting Women's Self-Help Groups (WSHGs), particularly within the tribal Shabar community where such groups were previously non-existent. Historically, illiteracy and a lack of information pushed these women into a cycle of debt.
Today, we've successfully established 25 self-help groups with 400 members who meet regularly, save for their future, and are represented in their Village Development Committee.
