Our approach focuses on two key areas: building economic independence and fostering active civic participation.
Recognizing the immense challenges young people face—especially the impact of COVID-19 on education and employment—we mobilize youth for practical skills training. We understand that even a small fee can be a barrier, so we help young individuals overcome financial hurdles to build their future.Success Story: We mobilized and supported 21 rural youth from Khordha and surrounding districts. After completing caregiver training, all 21 received financial aid to cover their fees and were successfully placed in jobs, securing their economic future.
