We're deeply committed to empowering students and strengthening government schools by fostering a supportive learning environment. We believe that true education goes beyond the classroom—it's a collective effort that involves the entire community. 

Our Initiatives:

• Empowering Students and Schools We organize programs to inspire students and build the capacity of School Management Committees. We make learning a joyful experience by hosting events like Children's Day, UNCRC Day and Science Day, complete with engaging activities and competitions. We also proactively work to reduce school dropouts by holding meetings with parents and taking the issue to key forums to ensure every child stays in school.
• Promoting Child Rights & Responsibilities Our programs empower students to become safe and active citizens. We educate them on the Constitution of India, their fundamental rights, and the values of a responsible citizen. We also teach them how to safeguard their interests and navigate a safe life at home and in public. Our goal is to foster a sense of collective action, empowering them to support each other and tackle challenges together.
• Research & Advocacy In partnership with networks like the RTE Forum Odisha, we conducted the "Tracking Recovery of Learning Loss" study to assess the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on students and develop effective strategies for recovery. We also involve adolescents and young children in campaigns to raise awareness on critical issues like child sexual exploitation (CSE) and ending violence against children (EVC).
